As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the very best customer service, we are introducing a new, streamlined J-1 student request process. Some of the improvements include:

• Reduced number of e-forms from seven to one;
• Eliminated unnecessary “supervisor” confirmation portion, cutting number of people involved from three to two;
• Incorporated many built-in instructions for both students and admins for clarification and ease of e-form completion; and
• Streamlined e-form format to show only relevant questions.

As of now, we plan to launch the new process on March 26, 2018. We are hosting two open forums to walk you through the new e-form, get your feedback, and answer any questions you might have. Email invitations have been sent to the relevant schools/programs.
