In order to provide the best customer service to our international students, we have reorganized our advising assignments. Our goals are to provide you with accurate and timely assistance, and to ensure you have the smoothest immigration experience possible.

Our updated structure will ensure all advisors are cross-trained to serve the immigration matters of all nine schools, ensuring the shortest possible wait times for walk-in consultations. We also believe this streamlined structure will improve e-form request processing times.

Beginning August 1, 2018, F-1 and J-1 students will have new advisor assignments. Until then, you’ll continue to see your current advisor.
