A Message of Support from ISSS

Emory University has announced its plan for the Spring 2021 semester.

The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has not announced any plans for the spring. ISSS anticipates some special relaxation of F/J rules as the pandemic is ongoing. ISSS will share any DHS updates and how it will affect you following any forthcoming government announcements. In addition to individual advising sessions and virtual walk-in advising, we will continue to offer group information sessions for international students to answer your questions and provide support as you make spring plans.

We know that many members of our international community are from countries affected by issues related to the coronavirus pandemic. We care about you and your loved ones, and we want to support you during this unprecedented time.

As we work with offices across the Emory campus to strengthen our support and develop resources for the unique needs of international students and scholars, we welcome your thoughts or suggestions for any way that we can provide additional support.

We want you to know that we are here for you. Don’t hesitate to reach out to  your ISSS advisor with any questions or concerns.
